2025 Coaches MealsVolunteer to provide lunch for our coaches on JV and Varsity game days and film day.Providing lunch on these busy days is a great opportunity to show them our support! Sign up on your own or partner with other football parents. Order out or bring a home cooked meal for 15 coaches and trainers. It doesn't matter which team your son is on as to when you sign up. The coaches need to eat each day.

2025 Varsity Team DinnerHUDDLE and host or co-host the Varsity players the night before the big game! Great for team building, fueling our boys the night before the big game, and the added bonus of getting to know the boys! One sign up spot is available for the lead/host, but this is definitely more fun with a group! So...grab some friends, create a menu and get ready for a house (or another location) full of Warriors! Please plan on dinner for 60 players. Dinner is from 5:30-7:00pm. Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. 2025 Varsity Half Time NutritionEXTRA POINTS for providing our boys with some nutrition during half-time. Please drop off 60 individual servings of fruit to our Trainer's office, Mr. Horsley, between 11:15-11:30 on varsity game day. Suggestions: bananas, mandarins, oranges, or any combination of these items. If you would like to take both slots, please put your name in both! Otherwise grab a friend and load our players us with healthy half time snacks

Varsity Locker Room Candy/GatoradesWarrior Parents, Please consider purchasing some bags of candy and/or gatorades for the varsity players. (If you would prefer to send a financial contribution rather than purchase items please let me or Alex Fisher know!) The candy and gatorades are given to each varsity player as a part of the locker room setup for game days! We are asking that these items be dropped off (at the address listed below) on OR before the Monday before game day! Thanks for your help!! Please contact me at 940-372-8097 for any questions!

Varsity Locker Room DecoratingWarrior Parents, The locker room decor will follow the themes created by the student section (aka The Tribe) of Westwood. We would love your help to make this all possible! Please consider volunteering your time and/or artistic abilities to make the locker rooms special for our boys! The biggest need is help on Thursday evenings (and a few Wednesday evenings when games are on Thursday) with hanging decor in the locker room! The booster club is providing the supplies/decor for each week, but if you would like to help me create items or provide any additional items that is always appreciated (but completely optional)! Please reach out with any questions you may have at 940-372-8097!
